EVALUATIONS

Neuropsychological evaluations include five main parts:

  • Clinical Interviews and Collateral Contacts

  • Record Review

  • Behavioral Observations 

  • Formal Testing

  • Feedback and Report

 

Types of test measures used can include any combination of the following:

  • cognitive skills/intelligence

  • language skills

  • visual-spatial and visual-motor skills

  • attention and executive functioning

  • memory

  • academic skills

  • social-emotional and behavioral functioning

  • personality assessment

 

Tests are typically administered over several sessions lasting a few hours.
